Sun - Burnt

A woman was trying her hand

Relaxing in the beach to get tanned
But as was her fate
She stayed too late
And developed rashes from sun and sand.

  2. Hehee... I know the feeling! We went swimming at the lake a couple months ago and believe it or not, I've still got a sun damage on my skin.. Never will I do that again!!! I used tanning lotion instead of sunscreen!! YIKES! Great Limerick!!

    1. Thank You Tanya. A limerick is a witty, humorous or nonsense poem, where the 1st, 2nd and 5th lines rhyme with each other, while the remaining 3rd and 4th lines rhyme among themselves. Also, the 1st, 2nd and 5th lines should be longer than 3rd and 4th. Hope this helps :-)
