I Breathe Out Fog

I breathe out fog in wintry night
when clouds rob stars away from my sight
and lonely birds chirp and hoot
blindfolded I, point and shoot
I laugh, I cry, I miss my aim
sheared by fear, I'm forever maimed
here is a world where regrets grow
the crack in my heart goes with the flow
and I draw, and build, and rebuild the blocks
unaware of the storm raging my clock

  1. This is very vivid. I read it twice, really appreciating the birds, the blindfold, the fog, the stars, the regrets.
