I saw on TV that in Seatle they are selling property, houses, but only the air/sky rights to the top of the present roof levels. That keeps the new owner from adding something taller which would block a harbor view for those above (or the former owner who builds further up the hillside).
Your Secret Place (below) is a neat Tan Renga. It reminds me of the times my sister and I played in our old barn on the farm where we grew up. ..
