Winter draws my heart
Descending with the first snow
Polar bears from moon.
Polar bears from moon
Playing across white blanket
Snow man hugs me tight.
Snow man hugs me tight
Gifts me faith and promises.
Striking a sweet note.

DeleteInteresting how different people react so differently to the arrival of winter ... that's what makes the world go round, I guess ... I love winter and snow, but not for 5 months straight ... and the cold is deadly in Jan and Feb ... I remember lovely winter days in Europe when I was little ... here in AB, Canada winter means suvival of the fittest or else. And Santa has it even worse ... maybe that's why he is coming to the rest of the world to spread his love for children of all ages, hmmm? Love, cat.
ReplyDeleteWinter can be harsh. I love the mild coolness that goes with it, not the hard winters !!!
