Tasseography

Cryptic syllables,
Divine answers to your fate,
Leaves, sacred study.

Elixir of mind,
Fertilizes the senses,
Decipher patterns.

Tasseography is a divination or fortune-telling method that interprets patterns in tea leaves. Interesting, isn't it?

This Haiku is shared with Tackle It Tuesday and the Prompt is Tea.

  1. Very nice composition. Happy to see that from the prompt "tea" , you have chosen Tasseography instead of the conventional themes on tea. I have read about Tasseography, it is an intriguing subject indeed.
