There lived a bat who had a fear of heights, and mostly stayed on land. His parents were worried due to this abnormality. They consulted several doctors, but to no avail.
"Son, look at your friends and relatives. They all hang upside down from high tree branches in groups. That's how we are supposed to be," his Dad explained.
"But Dad, can they run as quickly as me on ground?" the poor bat reasoned.
"That doesn't matter. Bats are not supposed to run."
"Isn't it good that I am different?"
"No son. It's not. What will the society say?"

DeleteA wonderful way to narrate. Each person, each child is unique. As parents our responsibility is to identify the child's talent and give him/her ample encouragement and support.
