Lightning

I love the lightning
And the thunder that it accompanies
'Cause it reminds me of you
The moments that flew
As you clutched my arms tight
In the shady rainy shed
The leaves sheltering us from the rain
And we drenched, completely
In sacred passion.

  3. the last two lines of yr verse are so romantic. lovely. Usually with thunder and lightning are accompanied the two emotions of being scared and loneliness but yr poem brought out a different hue to lightning.
