Once In A Blood Moon

I witnessed the Blue Blood Moon today, a celestial phenomenon which I might not be able to experience again in this lifeline.

And then, the poet in me raced to form a few lines.

While the original poem came in my mind in Hindi, I tried to translate it to form a piece in English as well.

Hope you like them!

  3. How beautiful. I wish I knew your language, to also be able to read it that way. What a gift, to be able to write poetry in two languages.

  6. how absolutely sublime and sensual - and as others have said, it is a blessing to be able to write in several languages - and I too admit, it would be most interesting to read it in your mother tongue .... still - I think your effort, as I mentioned, to transcribe it into English is stunning!
